Shipping Policy

When will I receive tracking information:


After your order is fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification of your tracking number.


If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at info@simply-chlorophyll.com

We have 2 variants of shipping:

 10 Business Days (Continental US Only)*FREE (Qualified Orders over $40)
10 Business Days (Continental US Only)$4.99 Flat Rate(Orders under $40)

* Next day service applies to business days. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Saturday delivery is available at an additional charge. Order Must be received before 2 PM EST on Friday.

* Temperature-sensitive items will be shipped Next Day Air and contain ice packs. Refrigerated items are shipped Monday through Thursday unless Saturday delivery is requested with customer service and available in your area. Saturday delivery has an extra charge.

* We only ship Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2 PM Eastern Standard Time might not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be shipped until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday with Next day shipping will not be delivered until the next business day, Monday.

* Please allow 1-2 days for vet approvals on orders that include prescription items.

* Please allow for an additional 24-48 hours to process prescription orders

* Please allow for shipping delays during holidays.

* Inclement Weather — Please consider the weather situations in your area when ordering. If you live in an area that experiences extreme weather conditions such as extreme heat, flooding, or cold temperatures, we powerfully suggest you wait until the weather condition enhances. The content(s) of your package might become damaged, or you might experience delays in delivery due to inclement weather. Unfortunately, Simply Vital by NutraWay Inc. cannot be held responsible as this is beyond our control.
