Simply Vital offers a 30 day return policy to our customers. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. In addition, it must be sealed, unopened and returned within the 30 day window indicated above. You will have 30 days to send the items back to us when you receive the return label. Return labels not returned past 30 days will be voided.
Once you have posted the package, you can reply to the email that provided the return slip and let us know you have sent the items back to expedite the refund process.
The money will go to the same account from which the payment was made. However, when paying in cash, the funds are returned to the account specified by the applicant within 7 working days.
